Terms and conditions

  1. All physiotherapy appointments are carried out under veterinary referral. A signed document by the veterinarian is required as part of the veterinary surgeons exemptions order 2015. This is something I  sort out so you don't need to worry about it.

  2. Any animal presenting with sickness, diarrhoea or a parasite infestation will not be treated. Please make Sarah aware of any health issues prior to your appointment. Sarah can then advise on the best course of action.

  3. All animals are required to be clean and dry for their appointment.

  4. Many insurance companies will reimburse costs for veterinary physiotherapy, but you are advised to check your policy before booking an appointment.

  5. Payment is accepted by cash or BACS and is payable at the time of the appointment.

  6. All offers are subject to withdrawal at any time without prior notification.

  7. Travel charges are included within a 20 mile radius of Redditch (B97 5PN). Visits outside of the 20 mile radius will be charged 45p a mile.

  8. Cancellations: If the appointment needs to be cancelled please contact Sarah as soon as possible. We do ask for a least 48 hrs notice. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee. Failure to attend the appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full agreed fee.
